Tuber Guarantee

Thank you so much for supporting my little farm! We guarantee every tuber will arrive with at least one eye and be true to the variety you ordered. When tubers arrive, please inspect them within 5 business days and reach out via the contact form on this site or to britneylush@gmail.com with any concerns. While every effort (from sanitation between clipping and dividing to local pest control) is made to ensure virus-free stock, we cannot guarantee it’s completely avoidable given conditions we cannot control once tubers arrive to you.

Buying Policies

Your order is confirmed once you see the confirmation notice on the screen and receive the confirmation email. Once you place an order, it is final and we do not accept cancellations. We do not offer refunds or replacements after the 5-day inspection period. Should we find a stock storage failure, we’ll contact you immediately with the option to refund or replace with a similar option. We kindly ask that you respond within two business days with your answer. We only ship out quality stock.
